Shane and Stacey are all about family. Shane’s name may be on the sign, but the business has always been a family effort. As a young married couple Shane and Stacey visited countless BBQ restaurants. Shane was always on the lookout for the ultimate roadside rib shack and was always disappointed. Stacey knew the only way for Shane to find the perfect BBQ place was to create his own. “It got me thinking,” said Shane. “Why were all the great BBQ places so scary looking? I wanted to create a place where the food was amazing, but folks would feel comfortable and at home.” Shane’s Rib Shack was born. Shane quit his neck-tie-wearing corporate job, dusted off his grandfather’s secret recipe and with the support of Stacey, made his dream come true. Shane and Stacey are committed to serving the finest BBQ at every Shane’s Rib Shack location and providing expert catering services too.

As their own family has grown (Shaina, Summer, Seth & Slade) both Shane and Stacey have never strayed from the advice Shane’s grandfather “Big Dad” gave so many years ago, “Do what you love and do it better than anybody else.”
