Dear Shane’s Guest:
At Shane’s, we take great pride in supporting our local communities. As our families, friends, guests, and neighbors feel the impact of the current concerns surrounding the coronavirus, we strive to ensure we are doing our part to help. We feel it is important to ensure you that the health and safety of our guests and team members is our top priority.
We have always maintained high levels of cleanliness, sanitization, and food safety procedures, above and beyond the required FDA standards. Recently, we have enhanced our thorough daily cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing standards and increased the frequency of these procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our guests and team members. We are following a strict protocol instructing our team members that are not feeling well to stay home and self-monitor their symptoms. Following the guidance of the CDC and local health departments, we have provided all our restaurants with the recommended procedures to follow if someone from their restaurant becomes impacted by the virus.
We are carefully monitoring this evolving situation and will continue to utilize all resources available and guidance from the CDC and other health agencies, including local health departments, to best ensure the safety of our guests and team members.
Currently, we are maintaining our typical business hours and normal operations but will continue to evaluate and modify as necessary. Each local restaurant will communicate these changes in their operations within their community.
