Shane’s Rib Shack opened Monday in Franklin Square.
Setting up shop in the former Cherry Berry Self-Serve Yogurt Bar, business owner Craig Willers fired up the grills Monday for the first day open to the public.
Friends and family got a preview of the meaty menu during a special event Sunday, and now it’s everyone’s turn.
The franchise is considered “fast casual” with more than 70 locations mostly across the Southeast.
The 3,000-square-foot diner can seat 92 people inside, and there’s space for eating on the patio.
Prices range from $5.49 to $19.99, and the restaurant is open seven days a week.
