How to earn mystery gifts in december

In-Store: 

1. Check-in by scanning your QR from the "Earn" tab in your App while ordering 
2. Check-in by tapping "Scan Receipt Barcode" in the "Earn" tab of your app & scan your receipt within 7 days of your purchase. 

In-App:

1. Order in the Shane's App or Online while signed into your Shack Rewards Account for an automatic check-in!

 

Redeeming a Wait & Win Prize In-App

1. Log in to your Shack Rewards account on the Shane's Rib Shack app.
2. First, go to the "Order" tab and navigate to the "Wait & Win Prize Redemption" category.
3. Add the chosen prize to redeem and select "Apply" 
4. At checkout, select the prize from the "Available Offers" dropdown.
5. The prize should be applied at this point. Checkout as usual. Please see example below- Free Bottle of BBQ Sauce is the prize used as an example. 

                   

 

Redeeming A Wait & Win Mystery gift Online

1. Visit order.shanesribshack.com & Select Desired Shane's Location
2. First, add the menu item (mystery gift prize) listed in the Wait and Win Category and add to basket.
3. Select the "Check Out" button and then log in to your Shack Rewards account.
4. Add the Mystery Gift under the Redeem into the "Coupon Code" field to apply your discount (see example to the right - Wait & Win Free small peach cobbler is the discount used as an example).
5. Be sure you are logged into your Shack Rewards account before placing your order in order to Earn loyalty points and be entered to win the cash Grand Prize! (orders place as a Guest will not earn or be entered into drawing). 

 

 

Redeeming a Wait & Win Prize In-STORE

1. To redeem a Wait & Win mystery gift in-store, present your Shane's App at the counter. Go to the "Rewards" tab, Find your chosen prize to redeem & scan the QR code. 
2. By redeeming your mystery gift, this counts as an automatic check-in.Guest may also check-in This will enter guest into the Grand Prize Drawing and guest will earn rewards points for purchased items.
3. Guests may also check-in* by scanning their receipt barcode into their Shack Rewards Account via the App or online at www.shanesribshack.com/rewards within 7 days of visit. See below for how to check-in online.

IMPORTANT: If a guest redeems a Wait & Win mystery gift but doesn't check-in* they will not be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing. 

 

                                    

 

Entering in for the Grand Prize

Every Check-in (including mystery prize redemption)= 1 Grand Prize Entry

Guest must Check-in*

IN-APP or ONLINE ORDERING:

As long as you place your order while logged into your Shack Rewards account when redeeming a Wait and Win prize, you will automatically earn loyalty points and be entered for the Grand Prize Drawing.

Note: Wait & Win Mystery Gifts may be redeemed on Shane's Rib Shack's online ordering site, located at order.shanesribshack.com. Gifts are not valid on orders placed through 3rd party delivery services. 

In-STORE ORDERING:
When you're ordering at the counter to redeem a Wait and Win Prize, scan your Shack Rewards App's "Earn QR Code" at the register. This will allow you to earn loyalty points and be entered for the Grand Prize Drawing.

If you forget to scan your "Earn QR Code", you can always enter your receipt barcode into your Shack Rewards account, either In-App or Online, within seven (7) days of your visit. †

 

**To Check-in an in-store visit, Shack Rewards Members may: 

1) Scan their 'EARN' QR code located in the 'EARN' tab of the app at the time of ordering. 

       - or - 

2) Scan the barcode found at the bottom of receipt into the "EARN" tab of the app.

3) Users without smart phones may also check-in online by logging into their Shack Rewards Account and entering their receipt barcode. ​

• STEPS: Visit www.shanesribshack.com/rewards, scroll down and select "I'm Back, Sign Me In".
• Sign in using your Shack Rewards email and password
  • (NOTE: if you have previously created an account when ordering online, the same log in credentials are used to access your Shack Rewards account on all platforms (the App, Online Ordering, or website). 
• Select "CHECK-IN"
• Enter the Barcode located at the bottom of your receipt, scroll down, and select Submit.

For Help, tap "More" --> "Need Help" --> "App Feedback" in the Shane's App and submit a request to App Support or email appsupport@shanesribshack.com directly. Be sure to include the Name on your Shack Rewards account and email associated.
