To qualify, visit any participating Shane's Rib Shack location between June 15th, 2021 - August 31st, 2021 (the "Promotional Period") and order the Loaded BBQ Shack Fries and the Loaded Buffalo Shack Fries. Must try both The BBQ Shack Fries AND The Buffalo Shack Fries within the promotional period dates above to earn the bonus. Both menu items do not have to be purchased in the same visit, or at the same Shane's location as long as they are purchased within the promotional period.
Must be a Shack Rewards member to participate. Shack Rewards members are eligible to earn bonus points once throughout the promotional period. Points are non-transferrable.
For in-store orders, guest must check-in* at the register at the time of order or scan their receipt into their Shack Rewards account on the Shane's app after ordering. Orders placed in the Shane's Rib Shack App or Online, while signed into your Shack Rewards account, will automatically receive a check-in visit.
Valid only on orders placed at a Shane's location, or on a Shane's Branded platform such as the Shane's App (app.shanesribshack.com) or Shane's Online Ordering (shanesribshack.olo.com). Orders placed via 3rd Party Ordering sites are not included in promotion. Gift will be loaded to the guest's Shack Rewards account within 48 hours after 2nd qualifying check-in.
*To Check-in, Shack Rewards Members may:
1) Scan their 'Earn' QR code found in the 'EARN' tab of the app.

2) Scan the barcode found at the bottom of receipt into the "EARN" tab of the app
